Most therapists have no idea whether their site shows up on Google, or where the contact form sends what people type into it. I check by hand and send you a short, plain note within one business day.
Sometimes the note says your site is fine and you should leave it alone. When it isn’t, you get the specific problems and what each one would cost to fix, whether that’s an hour inside Squarespace or a rebuild. Nobody follows up unless you write back.

How this works
Four steps, and you'll always know which one we're on.
There's no project-management software to learn and no onboarding portal. The only homework is answering my questions, and you can do that out loud.
What it costs
One price, nothing monthly, and you can split it into two or three payments. Add-ons, the site you already have, and terms are on the full sheet.
A thirty-minute call
Free, on Zoom or the phone, and it isn't a pitch. You tell me about your practice and who you want to reach. I tell you whether I'm the right person, what it would cost, and once in a while that you don't need me yet. Pick a time whenever you're ready.
Design & build
I write the first draft of every page from our conversations and code the site from a blank file. You get a live preview link early and watch it come together. Most builds take three to five weeks.
Review & refine
Click through the real site on your own phone and tell me what feels off. We go back and forth until it sounds like you.
Launch & after
The site goes live, and questions and fixes for the first 30 days are included. After that, changes are $150 an hour, billed only when you ask for one. If I'm ever not around, the code, hosting and domain are already in your name, with notes any web developer can pick up.
